The National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC) specialises in the administration of Child Care Quality Assurance (CCQA) systems for children's services and operates in an environment of continuous quality improvement, accessibility and customer service.
NCAC is a Quality Endorsed Company under ISO 9001 which is an international standard related to business quality management systems. In gaining this certification, we are committed to implementing and maintaining a quality management system to ensure:
- our Guiding Principle, Vision and Mission are at the forefront of our decision-making
- the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders is monitored and met
- our Customer Service Charter is upheld
- our processes are tested against our procedures and ISO standards
- opportunities to improve our business processes are identified and acted upon
- risk management is undertaken in all areas of the organisation
- policies and procedures are documented, sourced, maintained and reflect current practice
A key to maintaining this certification is the involvement of all staff and sustaining a culture of continual improvement throughout NCAC. Measurable quality objectives have been set by management and are regularly reviewed.
