NCAC is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities or with technical constraints (such as older browsers and low-speed Internet connections).

NCAC endeavours to keep this site at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Level A conformance rating for accessibility.

W3C-WAI Single A level web accessibility compliance

Some of the accessibility features available on this website include:

  • Acronyms - Acronyms on this website include expanded text. This can be viewed when the mouse pointer hovers over it.
  • Alt text - Non-text elements, such as images, on this website have a concise text equivalent.
  • Changeable text size - If you find the text on this site too small to read, you can change the font size in your web browser settings or use the "Change text size" tools located at the top right corner of each page.
  • Flexible page layout - This website has a flexible page layout. The length of the text line stretches to fit as you resize your browser, which makes for easier reading at whatever text size you have chosen.
  • Skip to content - Each page has a link that says "Skip to Content". This link will skip over the page header and skip over the navigation menu to take you straight to the content of the page. This may assist people using screen readers or keyboards to navigate the website.

For more information on web accessibility, please see the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (World Wide Web Consortium).
