Please note: NCAC's Online Store is for Australian orders only. For international orders please e-mail qualitycare@ncac.gov.au.

Please be assured that personal information about NCAC customers, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number and credit card information is kept private and confidential. All information collected through the NCAC Online Store, will be used to fulfil any order you may make through the Online Store.

NCAC will not, without your prior consent, disclose personal information collected about you on this website to any other party except to Australia Post to whom we supply your name and address details, as well as any particular delivery instructions you have given us.

NCAC does not sell, rent, distribute or keep any customer lists.

Please note that while NCAC endeavours to protect personal information at all times, we are not responsible for unauthorised access to the information.

All orders must be prepaid before the order can be processed. A Receipt Tax Invoice will be created upon checkout.

NCAC does not express post orders. Orders will be dispatched within three working days.

Please select your goods carefully as no refunds are given for incorrect purchase. NCAC reserves the right to add or remove items from sale and change or amend pricing at any time.

NCAC's publications and resources can also be purchased by completing a Publications and Administrative Payments Form (PDF 58kb - New Window).

The completed form should be returned to NCAC by mail or fax (view contact details) with payment by credit card, cheque or money order. Please view the Form for further information.
